Wine Walk Commitment Form
- We agree to pour only ONE OUNCE of Wine to each wine taster.
- Be open from 6:00- 9:00 pm on Saturday, March 21, 2026
- We will NOT serve ANY alcohol other than the provided wine at the event.
- We will NOT pour any wine to any underage goers or who are obviously intoxicated.
- We will NOT pour any wine that was not selected for our pour stop.
- We will provide COMMERCIALLY MADE heavy appetizers or desserts to all event goers, enough to serve approximately 700-800 attendees.
- We will NOT serve home-made or small snack food items.
- We understand the food is complimentary to the attendees and we will NOT SELL any food to the attendees.
- We understand our commitment sheet along with payment will be due on or before January 31, 2026 to ensure enough time for our ABC license to be issued and wine to be ordered.
- The participation fee is $250. This fee covers our one-day wine license, advertising, and THREE cases of wine. (Please make checks payable to “Glendora Chamber BID”)
- We understand that we must notify Joe or Megan, prior to the event if we are providing entertainment for our location so they can coordinate accordingly with the entertainers on the street.
- We understand we are responsible for the removal of any trash (including wine cases, boxes, bins, food containers, etc.)
- We understand this is an opportune time to showcase our business and we will put forth every effort to ensure this is a successful event for all merchants, restaurants, and event guests.
